SunExpress Refund Delayed After Ticket Cancellation Due to Family Bereavement

I purchased a ticket from SunExpress for a flight from Antalya to Paris. Unfortunately, my brother passed away, and after handling the funeral arrangements, I contacted SunExpress to request a refund or to keep the ticket open. They asked for a death certificate and a document proving he was my brother, which I provided. They assured me that the refund would be processed within 1-3 business days.

Today marks the 8th business day, and I have not received any payment. Moreover, I have been unable to reach anyone at SunExpress. When I call their 444 number, the automated message states that unless my flight is within the next 24 hours, I should call back later. It’s frustrating and disappointing that a major airline is so difficult to reach. My booking number is n44k68.
