Ticket Confirmation Missing from SunExpress Despite Payment

I purchased a single ticket for the Germany-Turkey route from SunExpress's website. My bank card was immediately charged, but the site remained stuck on the "please wait while we process your payment" screen. Despite suspecting an issue, I waited for about half an hour. Eventually, the screen closed, and I was taken back to the previous page as if I had not purchased a ticket. I did not receive any flight information in my email.

When I called customer service, they indicated that they could not respond due to high volume and advised me to try again on another day if my flight was not within 24 hours. Despite waiting, I have not received a response, and I also reached out via WhatsApp without success. The feedback was, "There is high demand; if your flight is not within 24 hours, try another day." Since SunExpress has taken my payment, I cannot book a flight with another airline. I am concerned that they might try to sell the same ticket at a higher price or claim it is no longer available.

It is quite surprising to experience such issues in 2024. I hope to receive a reasonable resolution, but if I need to book with SunExpress again, I will definitely reconsider other airlines. This was my first experience with SunExpress, and I must say their reservation system and customer service are in very poor condition.
