SunExpress Refused Full Refund Despite Health Emergency—PNR L9AMGV
We purchased plane tickets for two with SunExpress, but due to a health issue, I was prohibited from traveling and had to cancel the tickets. Our return flight was with another airline, and after we sent the necessary documents, they refunded the full amount. However, SunExpress refused to accept anything other than a death certificate and issued a partial refund. I’m pregnant and at risk of miscarriage—how can a company act like this even with documented proof? I will never choose SunExpress again, even if I have no other option.
