We purchased plane tickets for two with SunExpress, but due to a health issue, I was prohibited from traveling and had to cancel the tickets. However, SunExpress refused to accept anything other than a death certificate and issued a partial refund. I’m pregnant and at risk of miscarriage—how can a company act like this even with documented proof? I will never choose SunExpress again, even if I have no other option.
