Sunexpress Offered Insufficient Compensation for My Broken Luggage
I am disappointed with Sunexpress after my brand-new ÇÇS large suitcase was damaged on its first flight. The suitcase is now unusable because it cannot be repaired without the missing wheel. I found the same model online, and its minimum price is ₺2,700. However, Sunexpress only compensated me ₺675, which is absolutely insufficient.
I am not asking for a partial refund—I want Sunexpress to send me the exact same suitcase as a replacement. It is 2024, and you are still offering last year's compensation rates. How am I supposed to replace my luggage with such a small amount? This situation has ruined my trip, and I intend to take legal action if this issue is not resolved. I expect Sunexpress to take responsibility and correct this promptly.
