On October 23, 2025, during SunExpress flight XQ137 from Munich to Antalya, our flight — which was scheduled to depart at 4:50 PM — did not take off until approximately 5:40 PM. During the flight, the captain announced that his flight hours had expired, and we were diverted to Izmir, where we have now been kept waiting on the plane for about an hour. Throughout this entire process, passengers were given no clear information, and no refreshments or compensation were offered.
Additionally, when I requested a bottle of water from one of the cabin crew members, I was told, “We’ll give it to everyone shortly,” and the attendant walked away without following up. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful. Passengers were already inconvenienced due to an operational error, and the unprofessional attitude of the crew made the experience even worse.
I request a full refund for this disrupted flight and a formal written apology from SunExpress for the poor handling, lack of communication, and unprofessional service that passengers had to endure.
