My Luggage Lost on SunExpress Flight XQ715
On August 2nd, on SunExpress flight XQ715 from Munich to Ankara at 11:10, all passengers' luggage was lost. Despite the flight being delayed by an hour and us being kept on the plane for 45 minutes for no reason, none of the luggage was loaded onto the plane. After landing in Ankara, we waited 1.5 hours to fill out lost luggage forms. We were told the bags would go to Antalya and be sent to our homes the next day (August 3rd). It’s now 8 PM, and our luggage is still missing. I can't reach any responsible personnel. I have another flight in two days. If there were a direct flight with another airline between Munich and Ankara, I would definitely choose another company. I’ve lost count of how many times SunExpress has caused me trouble. They are blaming the issue on staff shortages, but that’s not our problem. If you can’t handle the situation, cancel the flight. All passengers have been inconvenienced, and no action is being taken to resolve it. Where is our luggage?
