Sunexpress XQ991 Flight Delay Compensation Request

For our Sunexpress XQ991 Frankfurt-Izmir flight on 24.07.2024 at 20:10, we arrived at the airport 3 hours early and waited. Then we lined up for check-in, which was completed, but our luggage was not accepted. We were told the flight was delayed to 21:30. The reason given for not accepting the luggage was that the flight might be canceled. We waited until 21:30 without any explanation from anyone, and it was impossible to reach customer service. There was no one to address our concerns, everyone was very tense, arguments broke out, and we were exhausted from waiting with children. Later, we were told to go to another airport (300 km away) for the flight. We boarded buses with our luggage and three children amidst chaos and arguments, and it was past 23:00. When we arrived at the new airport, the staff there had no information about us, leading to another argument. It was a complete chaos and phone calls with Frankfurt Airport began. After that, we finally got our luggage and boarded the plane at 03:15 in the morning. Thankfully, we arrived at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, passed passport control, and faced another shock. Our luggage was missing! Again, there was no one to address our concerns, leading to more arguments and an endless nightmare. We left the airport empty-handed. Due to the delay and for the compensation I am entitled to, I request your attention to this matter.
