SunExpress Deliberately Left All Luggage Behind on Flight XQ715 from Munich to Ankara

On September 1, 2024, during SunExpress flight XQ715 from Munich to Ankara, all passengers' luggage was intentionally left behind in Munich by SunExpress staff. We were only informed that our luggage had not been loaded once the plane arrived in Ankara. This blatant disregard for passengers' belongings is unacceptable.

I hold all responsible parties accountable, including the pilots, cabin crew, and SunExpress staff who deliberately caused this inconvenience to passengers. This level of service is unprofessional, and as a paying customer, I expect better. I demand a full investigation into this incident and appropriate measures taken against those responsible. SunExpress, this type of treatment towards your customers is unacceptable, and I urge you to address this issue immediately.
