On September 1, 2024, during SunExpress flight XQ715 from Munich to Ankara, all passengers' luggage was intentionally left behind in Munich by SunExpress staff. We were only informed that our luggage had not been loaded once the plane arrived in Ankara. This blatant disregard for passengers' belongings is unacceptable.
I hold all responsible parties accountable, including the pilots, cabin crew, and SunExpress staff who deliberately caused this inconvenience to passengers.
