SunExpress Flight XQ886 from Izmir to Dublin - Flight Cancellation and Compensation Claim

I was disappointed to find out that my SunExpress flight XQ886 from Izmir Adnan Menderes (ADB) Airport to Dublin (DUB) Airport on July 23, 2024, had been canceled for operational reasons. I'd like to file a €600 compensation claim to cover the inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
According to European Union Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, passengers are entitled to compensation for canceled flights. I kindly request that my compensation claim be processed and paid to me as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, I am unable to complete the payment through your website or mobile app because the payment button does not appear to be functioning. The website states that "the queried flight is eligible for compensation" and offers two options of €400 or €600, but I am unable to complete the process.
I've also attempted to contact your customer service, but it has been impossible. I would appreciate it if you could let me know about the status of my compensation claim and the payment process.
