SunExpress Canceled My Flight and Ignored My Compensation Request

I am a German citizen. My SunExpress flight XQ837/XQ994 from Beirut (BEY) to Hannover (HAJ) scheduled for June 28, 2025, was canceled. My reservation number is F4NS32, and my PNR code is U3T9A4. I tried to submit a compensation request through the airline’s official website, but the system fails to process the request even though I entered all the information correctly. I also reached out via email and social media, but received no response. I am requesting that the company contact me immediately and provide compensation for the canceled flight in accordance with European passenger rights regulation EC 261/2004.
