SunExpress Flight Delayed Multiple Times – No Clear Communication
I’m filing a complaint against SunExpress. Our COV-AYT flight, originally scheduled for 9:05 AM, was delayed three times and eventually rescheduled to 11:10 AM. Yet, the plane still hasn’t arrived. The authorities provided us with water and soda as a token for our patience, but this doesn’t make up for the disruption. SunExpress once again caused significant inconvenience, and all our scheduled plans have been canceled because of this delay. The lack of clear communication and resolution is unacceptable. I strongly condemn how poorly this situation has been handled.
