Sun Express Flight Delay Ruined My Vacation




I was negatively impacted by Sun Express. My flight scheduled for 9 AM took off at midnight. We had made and paid for a holiday reservation for that day. My 5-night vacation was reduced by one day because of Sun Express. I demand compensation for my loss. I have proof of the situation, including our hotel check-in and check-out times. Despite sending these documents through their official channels, we received a negative response. They provided absurd reasons such as operational issues, broken planes, and faulty air conditioning, while the real issue was their ongoing strike for the past 15 days. Is this how you value your customers?
Our flight scheduled to depart on 28.06.2024 from Adana to Antalya at 09:15 took off at 22:40. We were kept waiting for 14 hours with the reason given as absurd operational issues, but it was actually due to their strike. They made us wait, humiliated us, and caused so much inconvenience. I had a hotel reservation paid in advance for check-in on 28.06 and check-out on 03.07, but unfortunately, because of Sunexpress, one night was wasted. I want this to be compensated. I have proof and documentation of everything, yet they are indifferent and careless. I want my compensation, and they should cover my hotel cost, which is 240 euros per night. I want to be contacted and expect a solution-oriented approach.
