On June 30th, I had a Sunexpress flight XQ7033 from Kayseri to Antalya scheduled for 09:55. However, the plane took off at 23:45, a delay of 13 hours and 45 minutes. We landed in Antalya around 01:10 on July 1st.
As a result, my hotel reservation for June 30th was wasted. The hotel is now saying they cannot refund the cost. This is your fault, yet you are claiming it is not your problem and that you will not compensate me for the 13 hours and 45 minutes of disruption I experienced. I have never encountered a more irresponsible company than Sunexpress.
I expect Sunexpress to take responsibility for the significant delay and cover the cost of the unused hotel reservation, which was a direct consequence of your failure to operate the flight on time. Please provide a resolution to this issue promptly.
