On the 17:40 SunExpress flight COV-ADB (PNR: FEAQ27), the plane stopped on the runway just as it was about to take off. At 18:40, cabin crew announced that the aircraft needed refueling—a process that occurred while passengers were still on board.
Refueling a plane with passengers onboard is highly concerning, and forcing people to wait inside the aircraft for over an hour without clear communication about the flight status is unacceptable. We remain on the plane with no updates on when the flight will depart.
SunExpress, this level of disorganization and disregard for passenger comfort and safety is unacceptable. I demand a detailed explanation and steps to prevent such issues in the future.
