I Report Excessive Cabin Cold On Sunexpress Zurich-Antalya Flight On 26.06.25

On 26.06.2025, I traveled on the SunExpress Airlines Zurich–Antalya flight scheduled at 18:30. The cabin temperature during the flight was excessively cold. My young child and I were freezing, and I saw that many other passengers had to wear jackets and coats to cope with the cold. Despite warning the flight attendants three times, no action was taken to adjust the temperature.

The situation was so severe that I had to go directly to the hospital after landing. I can prove this with medical documents. For nearly 3 hours, I felt on the verge of hypothermia. I seriously wonder how the crew would have responded if I had indeed suffered a hypothermic episode mid-flight.

Moreover, the flight attendants' indifference made the situation worse. They stayed behind the curtains, avoiding contact with passengers, as if they didn’t want to deal with our concerns.

I am requesting an official apology for this unacceptable experience and financial compensation for the medical expenses I had to incur.
