Sunexpress Flight Delay - No Assistance or Information Provided

Hello, I checked in for flight XQ 1351 scheduled for June 26, 2024, a day in advance. We arrived at the airport at 18:00 for a 20:50 departure, but suddenly, with our luggage in hand, we were directed downstairs to buses. Unfortunately, there were no Sunexpress representatives around; everyone was scrambling on their own. There were elderly people and families with small children, and the weather was extremely hot. We traveled 140 km by bus to Münster Airport, where again, no one attended to us, and no information was provided about when the flight would depart. We were finally boarded at 23:30, but then we learned that the buses sent to pick up other passengers for Düsseldorf had left us waiting inside the aircraft until the last passenger arrived. Weren't you the ones who said to be at the airport two hours before and ready on the plane one hour before, otherwise passengers would not be accepted? There was no service onboard or beforehand—no water, no food—and then you shamelessly announced paid services started. Thankfully, the plane finally took off at 00:30. This was very, very bad. I demand compensation for my inconvenience.
