On the Sunexpress flight XQ795 from Düsseldorf to Ankara on 15/08/2024 at 20:05, despite a one-hour delay, we discovered that none of the luggage was loaded onto the plane. The pilot or any flight crew did not inform us, the passengers, that our luggage was not loaded before taking off. After landing at Ankara Airport, we were told that our luggage remained at Düsseldorf Airport. I have never felt this inconvenienced in my life. We cannot reach any officials other than customer service and have no information about the whereabouts of our luggage. I request that your company promptly compensate for our financial and emotional damages and resolve our inconvenience as quickly as possible.
