SunExpress Flight Delay Caused Financial and Emotional Distress

I would like to inform you that the flight XQ656, which I booked from your company with reservation number H3N86U, was unfortunately delayed by 4.5 hours. Instead of departing at the scheduled time of 16:30 on Monday, July 22, 2024, the flight took off at 21:00. Due to our late arrival at midnight, we were unable to utilize public transportation to reach our hotel. In order to prevent any additional inconvenience for my spouse and two young children, we found it necessary to hire an Uber taxi to get to our accommodation. The taxi driver decided to take a more roundabout way, which added to the already mounting stress. This delay completely ruined our entire day.
