SunExpress XQ723 Amsterdam-Kayseri Flight Delay Caused Missed Connections and Extra Costs

I held a ticket for SunExpress flight XQ723 from Amsterdam to Kayseri, scheduled for November 24, 2024, at 1:40 PM. The flight was delayed by 4 hours, and to make matters worse, our luggage started arriving 30 minutes late.
Due to this delay, I missed both my connecting flight and the bus I had booked. As a result, I had to stay overnight in Kayseri and make alternative plans to travel to Nevşehir early the next morning. This has caused unnecessary exhaustion and stress, especially since I am a doctor with a scheduled shift tomorrow.
I am deeply disappointed with SunExpress for their lack of punctuality and professionalism. I demand compensation for the financial and personal inconvenience this delay has caused. Prompt resolution is expected.
