SunExpress Excessive Baggage Fees – Charged 6,000₺ for Two Bags on a Single Flight

I booked round-trip tickets from İzmir to Hamburg with SunExpress Airlines for three people, paying 13,000₺ for the flights. Since we usually travel with just a backpack, I did not select checked baggage during booking. However, due to cold weather and other reasons, we had to bring additional luggage.

At the airport, we had one carry-on suitcase and two checked bags, and SunExpress charged us 6,000₺ for just one-way baggage fees! This is completely unreasonable. The fee was so high that buying an extra seat and placing the bags there would have been cheaper.

This level of overpricing and unfair pricing policies is unacceptable. I request a review of these excessive baggage charges and a refund or adjustment to reflect a more reasonable fee. SunExpress should not exploit travelers like this!
