SunExpress Charges for Check-In Despite Expensive Ticket Purchase

SunExpress is making check-in an unnecessary hassle. I booked a round-trip international flight, selected my seats, and paid a total of ₺17,000+, including all extra fees. The night before my flight, I tried to check in online, but the system wouldn’t let me. I tried again in the morning—still no luck.

At the airport, I was told I had to pay €5 just to check in at the counter. On top of that, I had to find the right desk and wait in line. No other airline does this!

This unfair charge needs to be removed immediately, as it violates consumer rights. SunExpress, stop making passengers pay for something that should be free!
