SunExpress Double Payment Issue — Refund Request for Unsuccessful Booking

My friends and I recently attempted to book SunExpress tickets for the İzmir-Berlin route. During the process, two of my friends were charged incorrectly. One was charged twice, and the other once, even though the transactions didn’t result in successful bookings. Despite contacting SunExpress, no refunds have been issued for these erroneous charges.
To make matters worse, the ticket prices increased by ₺500 after the failed transactions, creating even more frustration. When we called customer service, we were told the sales didn’t go through, yet the payments were still processed.
This is unacceptable for an airline company. Payment system issues causing such significant inconvenience and financial loss undermine trust. I demand an immediate refund and a resolution to this issue. Such problems shouldn’t occur in the first place.
