SunExpress Diverted My Flight but Won’t Refund My Travel Expenses

On February 24, I was flying with SunExpress from Dubai to Trabzon, but due to snowy weather, the plane landed in Ankara instead of Trabzon at 12:00 PM. After waiting an hour at the airport, we were told we’d have to wait five more hours for an update. Since I had to get to work, I took a taxi to the bus station, bought a bus ticket, and traveled to Trabzon on my own.

SunExpress left me stranded with no clear plan and no assistance. I had to cover additional travel costs out of pocket. I am requesting a refund for my expenses, as SunExpress failed to get me to my destination as promised. SunExpress, do the right thing!
