On February 28, I tried to check in for my Izmir-Antalya-Dubai flight with SunExpress, but their app kept giving errors. At the counter, an employee checked me in—but only for the Izmir-Antalya leg. When I realized the mistake, they told me I could get my next boarding pass at the transfer desk.

At the Antalya ticket office, I found out my bag was only checked to Antalya and needed to be recalled, relabeled, and rechecked. They assured me it would be handled. But when I landed in Dubai, my luggage was missing. I filed a report, but 72 hours later, they’re still “looking” for it.

SunExpress, your incompetence ruined my trip. I’m stuck waiting indefinitely while your call center is impossible to reach. My bag last showed up in Izmir, and now I’m expected to wait 5-21 days as if compensation will replace my belongings.
