SunExpress Changed My Return Flight from Brussels to Düsseldorf Without Notice

I purchased round-trip tickets from SunExpress Airlines for a Brussels–Ankara–Brussels journey. However, just days before our departure, SunExpress unilaterally changed our return flight, not just to a different airport, but to a completely different city in another country—Düsseldorf.

This last-minute change caused serious disruption to our travel plans. We had already booked a hotel in Brussels, which we couldn’t cancel in time, so the reservation was completely wasted. We also purchased non-refundable train tickets to Brussels, which are now useless due to the change in destination. On top of this, we were forced to book an extra night’s accommodation to adjust our travel route to Düsseldorf.

The inconvenience, extra costs, and complete disregard for our original itinerary are unacceptable. I am demanding full compensation for all related expenses including hotel, train tickets, and added accommodation. SunExpress should take responsibility for the financial and emotional stress this unexpected location change has caused.
