SunExpress Disrupted My Vacation Plans with Last-Minute Flight Changes
SunExpress Airlines disrupted my vacation plans months ago, offering to cancel my flight just three weeks before departure or postpone it by a day. I opened case number 0906988 on June 27th regarding this issue, but received no response. Despite assurances on July 5th that I would hear back the same day, no one contacted me. It's nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and their complaint line claims I've dialed incorrectly. When I finally reached them via WhatsApp, I was told:
"Your case has been noted. Due to high volume, responses may be delayed. We will contact you as soon as possible."
With my flight just 2 days away, will SunExpress respond by August?

I received the cancellation information for the ticket I bought in the upcoming month. My holiday plans had to change. Sunexpress said to cancel your ticket or choose another day. I wrote a complaint message about the issue on June 27. I did not receive any response to my complaint message numbered 09006988. When I called on July 5 and spoke to an authorized person, I was told that I would be contacted within the day, but no one got back to me. Today, I am trying to reach them again, but I cannot get through to their phones. When I wrote via WhatsApp, I was told that there was a high volume of inquiries and that they would get back to me as soon as possible. I have a flight in two days, but it seems Sunexpress's high volume of inquiries never ends; they will probably respond in August.
