I received the cancellation information for the ticket I bought in the upcoming month. My holiday plans had to change. Sunexpress said to cancel your ticket or choose another day. I wrote a complaint message about the issue on June 27. I did not receive any response to my complaint message numbered 09006988. When I called on July 5 and spoke to an authorized person, I was told that I would be contacted within the day, but no one got back to me. Today, I am trying to reach them again, but I cannot get through to their phones. When I wrote via WhatsApp, I was told that there was a high volume of inquiries and that they would get back to me as soon as possible. I have a flight in two days, but it seems Sunexpress's high volume of inquiries never ends; they will probably respond in August.
