SunExpress Lost My Luggage on Manchester Flight and No One Is Helping

My luggage was not delivered on my Izmir-Antalya-Manchester flight with Sunexpress on September 2nd. I filed a report at the airport at that time. I was only able to create a file on the Sunexpress website a day later because their system kept giving errors. No official has contacted me until today, September 4th. We have tried calling Sunexpress customer service multiple times, both myself from abroad and my spouse from Turkey, but we couldn’t reach anyone. We only received automated responses from their WhatsApp line. I am leaving Manchester tomorrow and returning to Turkey on Saturday evening. They have put me in a very difficult situation during my trip, and the worst part is that no one has taken it seriously or called to provide information. A piece of luggage with a tracking number is missing, and there is no institution addressing it.

My suitcase was delivered to me 4 days later. During this process, I always had problems reaching customer service and filling out the online form. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I received automated responses from the WhatsApp line, and even though I responded to the first customer representative I reached, I encountered a warning saying "we are ending the conversation because we did not receive a response within 1 minute" and the conversation ended. While trying to fill out the online form for lost baggage notification, I encountered technical issues multiple times; the system did not accept the PNR code several times, then it accepted the same code, and each time I had to re-enter all the information. No Sunexpress representative contacted me to share information or apologize during the 4 days until my suitcase was delivered. I sent the invoices for the purchases I made for my needs during these 4 days to Sunexpress via the online form. I don't know how long it will take for the payment to be made to me or how this process will work. I am considering sharing my experience as an update.
