SunExpress Lost My Baggage on Izmir-Antalya-Manchester Flight, No Response
On September 2, I flew with SunExpress from Izmir to Antalya to Manchester, but my baggage was not delivered upon arrival. I immediately filed a report at the airport. Due to constant errors on the SunExpress website, I was only able to submit a claim a day later. As of today, September 4, no company representative has contacted me. I've tried reaching out to SunExpress customer service multiple times—me from abroad and my spouse from Turkey—but we couldn't get through. On their WhatsApp line, we only received automated replies. I'm leaving Manchester tomorrow and returning to Turkey on Saturday evening. This situation has put me in a very difficult position during my trip, and the worst part is that no one is taking it seriously or providing any information. My baggage with a tracking number is nowhere to be found, and there seems to be no responsible party addressing this issue.
