Dear SunExpress Customer Service,
On February 20, 2025, I traveled from Izmir to Dubai on flight XQ 898. Upon arrival, I discovered that my checked baggage was missing. I immediately reported this to the lost baggage department at the destination airport, where I was informed that my luggage was never even loaded onto the plane.
Since that day, SunExpress has shown a complete lack of response and assistance, causing serious disruption to my travel plans and an overall extremely disappointing experience. Despite submitting the required reports at the airport, I have yet to receive any update or solution regarding my missing luggage. This raises serious concerns about SunExpress’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service reliability.
I demand an urgent resolution to this issue and expect my luggage to be delivered to me as soon as possible. Additionally, I request regular updates on the progress of my case and direct communication should there be any developments.
I strongly urge SunExpress to take immediate action to prevent similar issues in the future and to implement a more customer-focused approach to lost baggage handling. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to relevant authorities and public forums, including social media.
