SunExpress Airlines Lost My Baggage on Stuttgart-Trabzon Flight and Won't Respond
On June 13, 2024, I traveled with SunExpress Airlines from Stuttgart to Trabzon. Upon arriving in Trabzon, I discovered that one of my suitcases was missing. I immediately filed a lost baggage report with reference number TZXXQ15558. Today is September 4, 2024—nearly three months later—and I still haven't received any information or updates about my missing luggage. I've tried repeatedly to contact SunExpress Airlines but can't find anyone who will address my concerns. Despite the airline having numerous employees, no one is responding to my inquiries. This lack of communication and customer service is incredibly frustrating. I just want assistance in locating my lost suitcase or at least an update on the situation. How much longer do I have to wait?
