SunExpress Denies Wheelchair Service for My 85-Year-Old Grandfather
SunExpress is refusing wheelchair assistance for my 85-year-old grandfather, who cannot walk, on our Kayseri to Munich flight. I’m genuinely concerned about how he’ll manage to board, and more importantly, how he’ll disembark without proper support. When we contacted customer service, they simply stated that the wheelchair service is "fully booked" and suggested we submit a complaint. How can such a critical service have no flexibility for elderly passengers with mobility needs?
