SunExpress Airlines Denied Wheelchair Assistance for Elderly Parents on Trabzon-Düsseldorf Flight

My elderly parents had a flight from Trabzon to Düsseldorf on October 18, 2024. Both have mobility issues and chronic health conditions, yet they were denied wheelchair assistance despite our requests. Customer service kept giving us conflicting and misleading information, worsening the situation. My parents were left to navigate the airport on their own, with no one willing to help. When we sought support at the airport, we were told it was the airline's responsibility since we purchased tickets from them. This neglect and lack of care for elderly passengers is unacceptable. I will not let this issue go unresolved. I expect a prompt response and a solution to ensure this situation does not happen again.
