Can’t Check-In for SunExpress İzmir-Mardin Flight Due to App Error
I’m unable to check in online for my mother’s SunExpress flight from İzmir to Mardin, scheduled for tomorrow. Every time I attempt it, I encounter repeated errors, despite having the latest version of the app. When I called customer service for assistance, I was told I’d need to pay an additional 350₺ for phone support to complete the check-in – it feels like they’re deliberately making the online process difficult just to charge extra fees.
This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair. I urgently need help to check her in without being charged this unexpected fee. I expect SunExpress to address this issue promptly, ensuring a smooth experience for their customers without unnecessary expenses.
Look at the response you gave days later, as if mocking! My mother didn't have any issues because she went to the airport two or three hours before the flight. This is a waste of time. While she could have done an online check-in, your greed for money forced an elderly woman to wait at the airport.
