Elderly and Disabled Passengers Mistreated by SunExpress Airlines
Abusing older individuals in need of support...
Sunexpress is number one in this regard...
They targeted elderly and disabled passengers who arrived with their own wheelchairs because there were no wheelchairs available for that flight. Sunexpress customer support was contacted about the Konya flight, and they promised that there would be no problems.
Check-in went smoothly, but those transporting wheelchair users subsequently stated, "No, you're not registered; either your flight is canceled or you have to walk."
As a result, other passengers had to assist these elderly individuals in need. It's heartbreaking to agitate and demoralize elderly and vulnerable individuals so much before a trip.
After all, what right does Sunexpress have to harass the elderly?
What right does a person without transportation authority have to make this decision?
