Unable to Claim SunExpress Benefits Points for Flights During System Update

SunExpress updated their Benefits points account and membership system in September 2023. During this period, I couldn't register as a member or log my flights into the system. Since October, I've been traveling regularly with SunExpress and accumulated points from my flights. However, the new system only allows me to log flights from the past three months. I cannot log points for my five flights from October to April.

I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and received the following response:
"Due to system updates, we are unable to process your request. Please create a case through the 'Travel Experience' section under 'SunExpress Your Benefits' on our website at https://customerservices.sunexpress.com/s/?language=tr."

I created a case but haven't received any feedback. This situation prevents me from benefiting from membership systems based on flights made within the last 18 months. I request that points from flights during the update period be credited to my account. I can provide the case file number and detailed information about my flights during the update period if contacted.
