SunExpress Denied Communication, Frustrating Experience for Ticket Change
I got this round-trip flight ticket through Enuygun.com. When I needed to change my return flight, Pegasus, who handled my outbound ticket, were super nice and made the change without a hitch. But dealing with SunExpress for the return trip? Total nightmare! They practically shut me down, saying to contact the ticket seller instead. It felt like they only cared about direct customers. When I tried to speak up, they just kept talking over me. Hey, even if we book through middlemen, we're still your customers, right? Customer satisfaction means listening to us, not shutting us out.
