I Face Online Check-In Failure with SunExpress YS293V Flight from Mersin to Izmir

On August 21, 2025, I purchased a ticket for SunExpress flight YS293V from Mersin to Izmir, scheduled to depart at 22:40. I booked the ticket through Enuygun.com and paid by credit card.
Approximately three hours before departure, I attempted to complete my online check-in via both the SunExpress mobile app and official website. However, the process repeatedly failed due to a system error, preventing me from finalizing my check-in. I immediately tried to contact SunExpress customer service, but I was never able to connect with a representative or receive any assistance.
As a result of this unresolved technical problem, I was denied boarding because my online check-in could not be completed, and I ultimately missed my flight. This caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I am requesting that SunExpress compensate me by providing a new flight ticket or issue a full refund of the amount I paid. Customers should not be penalized for failures in the airline’s own system. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and fairly.
