SunExpress App Lacks Invoice Options and Customer Support Won’t Fix It
I booked a SunExpress flight through their mobile app, but there was nowhere to enter my company details for an invoice. After my trip, I called customer service, and they refused to correct the invoice, saying it was already issued in my name. I explained that their app doesn’t even allow a login, let alone invoice details, but they didn’t care.
SunExpress seems designed to push customers toward third-party travel agencies. If you book directly, expect inconvenience—like re-entering your personal info for every ticket. Their app is poorly designed, and customer service is useless. SunExpress, fix your app and let users enter invoice details before purchase!
