SunExpress Continues to Omit Company Details on E-Ticket Invoices
Despite entering my company details correctly during the payment process for my SunExpress ticket, the e-ticket invoice once again did not include the necessary company information. This has happened multiple times, and I’m tired of dealing with this issue.
I’ve decided to switch to Pegasus, even though they are more expensive and sometimes more of a hassle, just to avoid this ongoing problem with SunExpress. If SunExpress wants to lose loyal customers over such a simple issue, so be it. Consider this a heads-up – I won’t be buying tickets from you anymore.
