SunExpress Damaged My Luggage on İzmir-Abu Dhabi Flight



On January 17, 2025, at 22:00, I flew from İzmir to Abu Dhabi with SunExpress, and upon arrival, I discovered that my luggage was completely broken from one side to the other. This was a huge disappointment, especially since I have always trusted and used SunExpress for my travels.
I expect immediate assistance in resolving this issue. How can a trusted airline allow such damage to passengers’ belongings? I need compensation or a replacement for my damaged luggage.
