SunExpress Damaged My Luggage on Milan-Izmir Flight and Ignored My Claim
On October 24, I flew with SunExpress Airlines on the Milan-Izmir route. Upon arrival, I discovered my luggage had significant damage, including cracks, holes, and scratches. I promptly filed a damage report under case number 09274261.
Despite following all the necessary steps, I have received no response from SunExpress. Attempts to contact their customer service by phone have been unsuccessful. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.
SunExpress, I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. Please respond to my damage claim and provide compensation for my broken luggage. It’s disappointing to see a company fail to uphold its responsibilities to passengers.
