SunExpress Damaged My Luggage on Adana-Stansted Flight—No Resolution After 1.5 Months
On July 5th, during our SunExpress flight from Adana to London Stansted, our luggage was damaged. We filed a report at the airport, but it's been 1.5 months, and there is still no resolution. We were told that our complaint was accepted and that we would hear back soon. Two weeks ago, I called to follow up, and they said they would prioritize my case to speed up the process. Yet, there's still no outcome.
What kind of system is this? It's truly disappointing.

I had a flight from Çukurova Airport to London Stansted on 20/09/2024. My suitcase was damaged, and since we arrived late, I couldn't file a report. I'm trying to do it online, but when I get to the last section, they ask for an IBAN to deposit the money. I filled that part in, but there is no submit button, only a back button. I would appreciate it if you could help.
