My Sunexpress Flight Delay Led to Damaged Luggage – Seeking Resolution




During my recent flight with Sunexpress, we experienced a significant delay, which resulted in hours of waiting at the airport. When we finally received our luggage, I was dismayed to find it damaged, with the wheels missing and the plastic components on the front severely compromised.
I submitted a complaint requesting repairs, and while I received a response, I am left wondering how a suitcase with such damage can be restored to its original condition. I followed up on my complaint, but it has now been 16 days without any further response.
How can a suitcase be returned to me in such a state, and why are we left waiting for a solution for so long? I would appreciate any assistance or updates regarding this issue.
