SunExpress Damaged My Luggage on Munich-Izmir Flight—No Follow-Up or Support

On November 15, during my 10:00 AM flight from Munich to Izmir with SunExpress, my luggage was damaged. A damage report was filed, and I completed the necessary form, but I did not receive a case number or any follow-up communication from SunExpress.

I still have the damage report, but no one has contacted me to resolve this issue. If I could speak with a representative, I believe the matter could be resolved much more efficiently.

SunExpress, please provide an update on my case and assist with the repair or replacement of my luggage. I expect prompt communication and resolution regarding this issue. This lack of follow-up is highly frustrating and unprofessional.
