SunExpress Damaged 3 Suitcases on Flight – No Response for Compensation After Months

On July 21st, I traveled with my sister on a SunExpress flight from Germany to Ankara. Upon arrival in Ankara, I discovered that all three of my suitcases were broken. I reported the issue to the staff, who inspected the luggage, took photos, and filled out a form since they had no replacement suitcases available. I was advised to contact SunExpress customer service, who assured me that a payment would be made upon reporting the issue. I immediately informed customer service, and a case was opened with the promise of a response within 15 days. It has been months, and I still have not received any feedback. Each time I call, I'm told that someone will get back to me, but this never happens. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially since I am about to travel again and have no usable luggage. We urgently request that SunExpress resolve this issue and compensate us for the three damaged suitcases. The photos of the broken luggage have been sent via email and are also with the airport staff.
