SunExpress Crew Denied Seat Change Despite Empty Flight and Rude Attitude

As a SunExpress agency representative, I want to bring up a complaint from one of my regular customers, C***** C. On December 18, 2024, during flight XQ114 from Antalya (AYT) to Cologne (CGN), my customer had purchased seat 2C as a paid seat option. Despite the flight being relatively empty, the passenger politely requested a seat change from the cabin supervisor but was rudely denied without a valid reason.

The tone and attitude of the cabin supervisor were far from professional and not fitting for someone in such a role. It’s disappointing to hear that a loyal customer had such an unpleasant experience due to the lack of courtesy and flexibility shown by the crew.

I kindly request that SunExpress reviews this incident and takes the necessary steps to ensure the crew treats passengers with respect and warmth in the future. Maintaining high service standards is essential for customer satisfaction. Thank you for addressing this matter.
