SunExpress Refused Refund After Ticket Price Dropped by ₺2000

I purchased a ticket from SunExpress on October 28, 2024, for a December 22, 2024, flight from Diyarbakır to Düsseldorf and a return flight on December 29, 2024. When I checked the price again on November 17, 2024, I saw that the fare had dropped by ₺2000.
I contacted SunExpress to request a free cancellation so I could rebook at the lower price, but my request was denied. When I asked how they planned to address my concern, I was told they wouldn’t do anything about it.
As a frequent SunExpress passenger, this experience is extremely disappointing. Their pricing policy and lack of customer care have left me frustrated. I demand SunExpress take action to resolve this issue and improve their approach to customer satisfaction.
