SunExpress Check-In System Error and Inconvenience


Even though the system clearly states that check-in can be done 72 hours before the flight, the SunExpress app unfortunately gives a "element not found" error. When attempting to check in via the website, an error message is displayed: "buildcollectapisrequestfactoryexception". I tried contacting them through WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and my check-in be confirmed!
