I Can’t Complete My SunExpress Airlines Check-In Due to Constant “Element Not Found” Error

I’ve been trying to complete my check-in with SunExpress Airlines ever since the check-in window opened, but both the website and the mobile app keep returning errors. I’ve entered all required information accurately and multiple times, yet I continue to receive the same technical error: “Element not found.” This message prevents me from proceeding with the check-in process entirely.
I’ve tried switching devices, using different browsers, and even re-entering my passenger details from scratch, but nothing resolves the issue. This is not just frustrating—it’s completely unacceptable for an airline’s digital check-in system to fail without offering any fallback solution or clear technical support.
I am requesting urgent intervention from SunExpress to resolve this system bug immediately. If check-in cannot be completed online, an alternative must be offered without penalty or delay. Please address this issue promptly so passengers like me are not left in limbo just before travel.
