I Keep Getting Errors While Checking In on SunExpress

As soon as online check-in opened—36 hours before my flight—I attempted to check in multiple times through both the SunExpress website and mobile app. Despite entering all required information correctly, the system kept throwing an error message: “Element not found.” Because of this repeated technical issue, I’ve been completely unable to complete my check-in.

This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered problems with SunExpress. It’s become a recurring issue that makes the check-in process stressful and unreliable. At this point, I’m seriously considering switching to other airlines because I can’t keep risking my flights over broken systems.

SunExpress, this issue needs to be resolved immediately. I expect a functional check-in system, not one that fails at the most critical time. Fix the error now and ensure your passengers can travel without unnecessary panic.
